If you’re having difficulty logging in to your Design My Days account, there are a few simple things you can try.
Check your login details
Make sure you’re using the same email address you registered with and that your password has been entered correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check that Caps Lock is turned off.
Reset your password
- Select Sign In at the top of the website.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder. You may also wish to search your inbox for “Design My Days”.
Still unable to log in?
Try refreshing the page or opening the website in a different browser. If you have recently created your account, please also check that you have confirmed your email address.
If you still can’t access your account, please contact us at Support@designmydays.co.uk. Include the email address connected to your account, but please never send us your password.
