How to contact an event or activity organiser

If you have a question about an event, activity or service, you should contact the organiser directly.

To contact an organiser:

1. Open the relevant listing.
2. Look for the organiser’s contact details or the Message Organiser option.
3. If contact details are provided, you can contact the organiser by email, telephone or through their website.
4. If you select Message Organiser, you may be asked to sign in or create a free Design My Days account before sending your message.
5. Include the name and date of the event or activity in your message so the organiser can assist you more easily.

If the listing directs you to an external booking website, please contact the organiser or booking provider through that website regarding bookings, payments, cancellations or refunds.

Please remember that Design My Days promotes listings on behalf of independent organisers and may not be able to answer questions about their availability, bookings or event arrangements.
